Les placer au fond des moules. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Faire bouillir la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">M\u00e9langer les \u0153ufs avec le miel et le safran, ajouter \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et remettre sur le feu jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement sans cesser de fouetter (75\u00b0).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">D\u00e9barrasser et dresser rapidement dans les moules sur le lit de poires.
