Laisser infuser.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Faites ramollir le beurre au four \u00e0 micro-ondes et incorporer l&rsquo;infusion de safran. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Battre les \u0153ufs avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;un p\u00e2te blanche.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Ajouter progressivement la farine m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 la levure. Incorporer le beurre safran\u00e9 puis le lait. Laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 30mn.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 220 C\u00b0.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans les petits moules \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une poche ou \u00e0 d\u00e9faut une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Laisser cuire 4mn \u00e0 220 C\u00b0 puis baisser \u00e0 180 C\u00b0 pendant 5mn.
